Construction Manager / Commissioner, Nokia Networks, various locations (2012 – 2015)

Performed successful BTS development, commissions, integrations and network audits for a leading provider at the forefront of broadband and mobile technology, inclusive of major projects for T Mobile and Sprint in markets such as Atlanta, nationwide rural and Houston Metro.

Ø                                               Managed all BTS development including pre-construction walks, strategic planning, team building, GC/vendor relations, coordinating access/leasing guidelines, scheduling, SCOPs and commissioning/integrations.

Ø                                               Helped develop the #1 team in the nation for meeting and exceeding build schedules, Houston, TX.

Ø                                               Performed Quality Audits, tracking systems, Installs/ commissioning & Integrations and upgrades. Managed network audits, systems upgrades and BTS development nationwide and in Canada for a provider of state of the art end-to-end wireless communications.

Ø                                               Conceived, developed and implemented effective facility and companywide quality assurance programs and audits to upgrade systems, improve services and increase margins and cash flow.

Ø                                               Performed in-process network audits nationwide.  Audited equipment from Lucent, Cisco, Fujitsu and others.

Ø                                               Hired, developed and trained teams in project development, ATT76300, GR1275, other technical systems and OSHA safety guidelines.  Provided 24 / 7 technical support to field crews.
